 Hello Pinacate Pumas! 

This will be my sixth year at Pinacate Middle School, although, I have been teaching Perris students for over 20 years. I love teaching English Language Arts and I love Pinacate students and staff.

I am a Southern California native, born in Los Angeles and raised in Orange County. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, a Multiple Subject and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English from National University, San Diego. I received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University. 

This year will be my 3nrd year serving as Pinacate's Anime Club Advisor. I am in my 4th year as Pinacate's Title I Coordinator and a member of the School Site Council. I am teaching 8th Grade English Language Arts (ELA)  and Academic English Elective (AEE) for the 2022-23 school year.
