My name is Chelsye DeBoor and I teach some of the agriculture sciences offered at Perris High School. This is my 7th year teaching at Perris High School and my 9th year teaching overall. This year I teach Ag Biology and Veterinary Science. I also coach the Veterinary Science Judging Team, work with the the chapter officer team, and am in charge of the breeding goat project. Yay, baby goats!

I became an agricultural teacher because of the positive impact that my high school agriculture teachers had on me! My participation in the ag program helped me reach my goals both in school and personally. Some of my best friends today are the ones that I became friends with because of my agriculture program! 

In my free time, I love to work in my vegetable garden, exercise, walk my two dogs, focus on my many different crafty hobbies, spend time with family and friends, camp, and travel with husband to National Parks.
